Stretch & Company's
"Rifle Recipe" By Stretch The Balloon
Dude
This is a recipe
for a fairly quick 2 balloon rifle that will make you
a hit with all the boys and even a few girls who like
guns. It uses a Deluxe Chocolate 260 and a Deluxe Gray
260.
Instructions:
1.
Inflate both balloons leaving about 4 - 5 inches un-inflated
on the end.
2.
Start with the chocolate balloon and twist a small round
bubble on the nozzle end and then make that bubble into
a pinch twist. Make another small round bubble and make
that into a pinch twist so that you now have two pinch
twists on the end of the balloon.
3.
Make about a 6 or 7 inch bubble.
4.
Follow the long bubble with a small round bubble and then
make the small round bubble into a pinch twist.
5.
Make about a 5 inch bubble followed by another small round
bubble. Make the small round bubble into a pinch twist.
6.
Make a long bubble about the same length as the first
long bubble and then twist the end of this bubble into
the two pinch twists on the end of the balloon forming
a triangle. This is the stock of your rifle.
7.
Make a 3 inch bubble followed by a small round bubble
and then make the small round bubble into a pinch twist.
8.
Make another small round bubble and then form it into
a pinch twist so that you now have two pinch twists. Position
the pinch twists on opposite sides of the balloon as shown.
9.
Make about a 4 inch bubble followed by a small round bubble.
Make the small round bubble into a pinch twist.
10.
Make a very small bubble and then cut a hole in the end
of the balloon and release the air in the remaining balloon.
Tie off the end so that you have the small round bubble
and a some excess un-inflated balloon.
11.
Take the gray balloon and use your index finger to push
the knot about and inch or so into the inflated portion
of the balloon. Grab the knot from outside the balloon,
remove your index finger, and then twist the end of the
balloon forming a tulip twist.
12.
Make a small round bubble and then form it into a pinch
twist, followed by another small round bubble which will
also be turned into a pinch twist. Position the two pinch
twists on opposite sides of the balloon as shown.
13.
Make about a nine inch bubble followed by a small round
bubble and then form the small round bubble into a pinch
twist.
14.
Make another small round bubble and form it into a pinch
twist. Position the pinch twists on opposite sides of
the balloon as shown.
15.
Take the chocolate balloon and attach it to the gray balloon
by twisting the leftover tail of the chocolate balloon
into the two pinch twists you just made on the gray balloon
as shown.
16.
Make a bubble in the gray balloon the same length as the
corresponding bubble in the chocolate balloon adjacent
to it. Follow this long bubble with a small round bubble
and form the small round bubble into a pinch twist.
17.
Make another small round bubble and then form it into
a pinch twist so that you now have two pinch twists. Position
the pinch twists on opposite sides of the balloon as shown.
18.
Make another long bubble in the gray balloon that corresponds
to the long bubble in the chocolate balloon adjacent to
it as shown and then make a small round bubble in the
gray balloon.
19.
Make the small round bubble into a pinch twist and then
make an very small round bubble in the gray balloon. Twist
the end of this small bubble into the two pinch twists
at the end of the triangle of the chocolate balloon.
20.
Form a "U" shape with the remaining length of
the gray balloon bringing the tail around so that it meets
up with the two pinch twists in the middle of the chocolate
balloon.
21.
Twist the tail of the gray balloon into the two pinch
twists in the middle of the chocolate balloon and bring
the end up so that it sticks up on top of the chocolate
balloon as shown.
22.
Twist the remaining tail of the gray balloon into the
two pinch twists of the gray balloon to pull the gray
balloon down against the chocolate balloon and lock it
into place thus completing your rifle.
