Instructions for the

"Princess Tiara"
By Pioneer® Balloon Company

Labor: About 15 Minutes

Materials:
2-260Q Latex Balloons

Instructions:
1. Inflate a 260Q balloon until the inflated portion is long enough to fit the person wearing the Tiara.

2. Make a 2" bubble. To make a bubble, twist a balloon at least 3 times in one direction, then make another twist at the appropriate bubble length. Make a 3" bubble, and another 2" bubble, then tie the two ends of the balloon together to make a circle. Remove any excess balloon.
NOTE: When twisting a balloon, always make each twist in the same direction. To twist several bubbles in a row, hold the first bubble with your little finger to prevent it from untwisting.

3. Inflate a second 260Q, leaving 6" uninflated and tie. Then, tie the knot of this 260Q to the point on the first one where the two ends meet.

4. Make two ½" pinch twists, and position them on one side of the circle with the remaining inflated portion of the balloon extending upward.

5. Make a 2" bubble, ½" bubble, and another 2" bubble. Wrap the twist at the end of the second 2" bubble around the first twist in the circle. Make two ½" pinch twists and position them on one side of the circle with the remaining inflated portion of the balloon extending upward.

6. For the main peak in the Tiara, make a 3" bubble, ½" bubble, and another 3" bubble. Wrap the twist at the end of the second 3" bubble around the twist at the end of the circle. Make two ½" pinch twists and position them on one side of the circle with the remaining inflated portion of the balloon extending upward.

7. Make a 2" bubble, ½" bubble, and another 2" bubble. Wrap the twist at the end of the second 2" bubble around the last twist in the circle. Make two ½" pinch twists and position them on one side of the circle with the remaining inflated portion of the balloon extending upward. Deflate the remaining inflated portion, tie a knot, and remove the excess balloon.

8. Pinch twist the three ½" bubbles at the peaks of the Tiara to complete the figure.
